RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return any item within 14 days from the date your order was delivered, by following the steps below:

1) Ensure that the items are in the same condition as you received them, with all original labels and security tags attached;

2) Go to My Returns and open a New Request; within two working days we will send you via email the pre-paid FedEx label to be printed;

3) Please place the goods into the original or suitable box and attach the first page of the pre-paid FedEx label to the package; the second page of the FedEx document should be hand to the courier.

4) Then, choose a shipping method:

• You can call FedEx and, making it clear that it is a returns shipment, book a pickup at your address;
• Arrange a Pick-up via FedEx website;
• Otherwise, you can drop off your parcel to the closest FedEx shipping point;

5) Once we have received your return, we reserve the right to accept or reject the items within 14 days from the delivery of the package to our warehouse.

If you would like to exchange a product, it is necessary to first return the original item using the procedure above and then purchase the desired item.
